Terms of service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Levi Yiftach, New York, USA, who runs BidCadence ("BidCadence", "we", "us"). By signing in or using BidCadence, you agree to them. If you use BidCadence for a company or agency, you agree for it too and confirm you're allowed to.
1. What BidCadence is
BidCadence analyzes your Google Ads accounts and recommends changes, for example age-range bid adjustments and exclusions, and applies the changes you choose. BidCadence is currently in an early, invite-only stage: features may change, and some may be added or removed.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account and must be at least 18.
- You're responsible for activity in your BidCadence account and team, including who you invite and the access level you give them.
- Only connect Google Ads accounts you're authorized to manage, and keep following Google Ads' own terms and policies.
3. Recommendations and your decisions
BidCadence's recommendations are estimates based on past data; they aren't guarantees of future results. Changes are made in your Google Ads accounts only when you or your team choose to apply them, and you're responsible for those decisions and for your advertising spend and results. Check your accounts regularly; you can undo changes made through BidCadence from its change log.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse BidCadence: don't try to get into other people's accounts or data, interfere with or overload the service, get around its security or usage limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Fees
BidCadence is free during its invite-only stage. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you beforehand, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
6. Your data
Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to run BidCadence for you, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Google services
BidCadence depends on Google sign-in and the Google Ads API, which Google provides under its own terms. We aren't responsible for Google's services, and features may change if Google changes them.
8. Ending
You can stop using BidCadence at any time: disconnect Google Ads and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, to protect the service or other users, or if we stop offering BidCadence, with notice where reasonable.
9. No warranty
BidCadence is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows, including any warranty of results, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free service.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, advertising spend or data, arising from your use of BidCadence; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for BidCadence in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while BidCadence is free) or US$100, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and tell signed-in users about important changes before they take effect. Using BidCadence after that means you accept them.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in New York.
